To become a physician client offering BPP and other diagnostic testing via Primary Diagnostic Systems please complete the registration form below. Becoming a physician client does not obligate you to order any test or lab service. The registration procedure is needed to ensure that when you do order a test for your patients the process is seamless with rapid specimen pick up and quick turnaround time.

Billing

There is no cost to you the physician for ordering the BPP. Most major insurances, including Medicare cover the testing. If your patient has any question about their EOB or bill please have them contact us directly at 1-800-501-1943.
